Hey ,
Before the year slips away, I want to invite you to
do something simple yet powerful: pause and reset.
Pause to breathe.
Pause to look back.
Pause to acknowledge how far you’ve come — through challenges, victories, and the countless
moments in between.
Let go of every heavy thing you’re not meant to carry forward.
This year may not have unfolded the way you imagined, but you made it here. And that matters.
This week, take time to:
👉🏽 Forgive others, yourself, and the parts of the year that didn’t go as planned.
👉🏽 Let go of resentment, fear,
comparison, and old narratives.
👉🏽 Clear your heart through prayer, quiet time, journaling, or worship.
As we approach 2026, I want you to ask yourself:

What do I want to feel different next year?
✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What do I want to strengthen, deepen, or begin?
Reflection is the bridge
between “what was” and “what will be.”
Let yourself reflect with honesty, compassion, and hope.
And remember, you get to shape what 2026 becomes.
Start by
naming what you’re ready to change.
